To cut a short story long .. Ten years ago on my 40th birthday I bought the rolling chassis from Pete Stansfield @eattherich I built BlackBob up in the old filling station at the head of Strathbran in Achnasheen that I owned at the time (still do).. When I had completed the dry build the bike went to Colin Craig to get the motor commissioned in exchange for a Bultaco trials bike for his son David's first bike. Ten years on David is a trained bike mechanic and in partnership with his dad and uncle running Loch Ness Restorations.
A wheel build with new 17" alloy rims and supermoto tyres, powder paint and a lot of detailing work by David has given BlackBob a real show finish.
